Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and versatile Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in both functional and technical aspects of the platform. This role will support our ongoing implementation efforts, assist end users, and help enhance and maintain the Dynamics 365 CE environment, with a particular focus on the Field Service module.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key resource for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement), combining both functional and technical expertise.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and system administration for Dynamics 365 CE applications.
- Configure, design, and maintain workflows, forms, business rules, and processes.
- Support end users by investigating and resolving service requests, issues, and incidents related to CE, especially Field Service.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to gather requirements, participate in solution design, and support rollout and adoption.
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials; conduct user training sessions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external implementation partners during the rollout of the Dynamics 365 Field Service module. Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration tasks, testing, and documentation. Take ownership of specific implementation responsibilities and continue to support the system post go-live, ensuring successful adoption and stabilization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service).
- Demonstrated ability to configure/customize CE, including security roles, entities, views, forms, workflows, and business process flows.
- Solid understanding of Dynamics CE administration, functional troubleshooting, and ability to provide training and support to end-users
- Experience with the Field Service module is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Apps.
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or AX 2012 is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical users.

The salary range for this role is $80,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.
