Job Description :

Key link between business operations and the HR function, being a trusted and proactive partner, advocating for both the organization and its employees. Will work closely with managers and employees to ensure that the company's talent management and development strategies align with the business goals and objectives.

Deliver WOW experiences, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Playing a crucial role in driving Agile transformation and ensuring its successful implementation throughout the enterprise.

The position ensures consistent application of policies, practices, and procedures throughout the business units. Will be responsible and provide support, advice, and collaboration for a certain area, function, or location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build relationships: Advise, coach, and consult managers below Sr Leadership level in all topics of our employee life cycle, leadership, and development in line with local practices and policies.
  • Agile Development Management: Collaborates in agile projects with the development team to plan and execute the product iterations, sprints, or projects.
  • Partner with various HR teams (CoE's, HRBP's, People Analytics, Service Delivery, Payroll), to ensure alignment, feedback, and integration of our HR strategies, products, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring the quality of our service, data, and employee experience.
  • Advise and consult employees on complex, individual questions, especially with a view on professional development and leadership.
  • Primary sponsor of our HR transformation and technology usage.

Experience

  • Experience or roles such as HR Business Partnering and/or HR Operations.
  • General knowledge of people management and the entire HR area.
  • Excellent moderation and presentation skills.
  • Experience in consulting and advising Managers and clients.

Requirements

  • Language: Spanish, English, ideal Portuguese (is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology.
  • Skills: Strong ability to work in a team to solve problems and implement innovative solutions; Agile mindset; High degree of customer centricity and resilience; Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; MyHR knowledge and accountability; Business Acumen, understanding business goals and translating into approaches to talent; Negotiation skills; Analytical.
