Overview

Responsibilities include:

• Attending training sessions, passing content assessments, and delivering instructional models and strategies in readiness, reading, mathematics, and/or writing skills to eligible students using Company-designed materials.
• Developing and maintaining individualized, skill-appropriate lesson plans.
• Supervising students at all times, including escorting students safely to and from classrooms or mobile/trailer classrooms.
• Establishing and maintaining student forms and files as required by governing agencies.
• Attending and documenting conferences, meetings, and trainings with supervisors, teachers, principals, and parents.
• Maintaining inventory of educational materials and supplies.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Must believe that all children can learn and demonstrate a positive, enthusiastic attitude towards customers. Flexibility is essential. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is preferred. Availability during summer months is required.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Teaching experience is preferred.

The company provides all classroom materials, lesson plans, and paid training. Ongoing instructional and leadership support is also available.

Pay Rate

USD $25.00 - USD $53.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

Light lifting, walking, climbing stairs. Most programs are in school settings.
