Our Construction Engineering practice helps developers, contractors, designers, fabricators, and erectors efficiently and effectively move projects from initial concept to completion through hands-on involvement in the construction process. Our Denver office prides itself on providing practical and innovative solutions to real-world engineering challenges. Typical projects include steel connection design and erection engineering. Steel Connection Design involves designing steel connections of all complexities with solutions that can be fabricated and erected efficiently. Erection Engineering includes evaluating building stability during construction and for temporary loads imposed during construction, with the design of shoring, rigging, and developing unique engineering solutions.
The RoleWe are seeking a talented Project Engineer for our Denver office. This individual will join the Thornton Tomasetti Construction Engineering team as we expand our local and national market presence. As our Denver office continues to grow, there is great potential for upward mobility and career development within this role.
The goals of this role will be to support local and national projects. Tasks will include face-to-face interactions with existing clients as well as the opportunity to develop relationships with new clients. You'll form part of a team delivering innovative engineering solutions.
ResponsibilitiesThe rate for this position generally is $90,000-$110,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules. It is based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado. Similar positions outside Colorado may have different compensation. Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by law. Compensation offers will consider various factors, including education, qualifications, experience, work location, and other legally permitted considerations. Pay history will not influence compensation decisions.
