What You'll Do:
Develop & Execute Field Marketing: Create and implement plans to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive referrals.Cultivate Key Relationships: Build strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, senior centers, and community organizations.Conduct Outreach: Represent us at events, deliver presentations, and engage with the community.Collaborate with Sales: Ensure seamless lead generation and follow-up.Track & Analyze Performance: Monitor marketing campaigns, optimize ROI, and report on metrics.Manage Budget: Develop and manage the field marketing budget.Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.Ensure Client Satisfaction: Gather feedback and address concerns.What You'll Need:
2+ years marketing/sales experience (required).Proven relationship-building skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong project management skills.Self-motivated and results-oriented.100% travel within Orange County (required).Valid driver's license and transportation (required).Associate's degree preferred.What We Offer:
