Title: Delivery ManagerLocation: Montreal or South Shore, 50% Hybrid (Office and Remote)Duration: 12 months with possibility of renewal

8 to 15 years of IT industry experience in a similar role

Excellent communication skills in both English and French

Job Description:This role is part of a program to replace the Google Suite and its entire infrastructure with Microsoft MS 365.

Key responsibilities include:

Supervising and coordinating resources, and actively participating in the delivery of migration services

Ensuring team performance, quality control of the work, and defining standards, methods, and procedures to be applied within the project/program

Developing risk, impact, and mitigation strategies to effectively manage service delivery risks

Collaborating with senior technical teams and the technical architect to ensure infrastructure alignment with application delivery

Managing change initiatives appropriately and systematically to ensure the availability, performance, and reliability of the affected systems
