We are currently seeking a highly organized and personable individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler.

Job Description: As an Appointment Scheduler, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ensuring that our clients have a seamless and positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars for multiple professionals
  • Confirming and reminding clients of their appointments
  • Updating and maintaining client records in our database
  • Handling any scheduling conflicts or changes with a positive attitude
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Previous experience in a scheduling or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM and Calendly
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
