- Makes Customer Service a priority, treating customers (patients, visitors, and co-workers) in a professional manner exercising courtesy and tact. Effectively communicates with patients and others about SBH services in their area(s) of expertise or responsibility and ensures that concerns, questions or issues reach the right person(s) in SBH in a timely fashion.
- Diagnose and make proper repairs in response to user request.
- Participates in training offered on assigned applications, develop expert understanding of application functionality.
- Serves as liaison with user departments in resolving system/application issues.
- Assists in the development of testing scenarios to assure the functionality and integrity of system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provides on-going analysis, maintenance, and technical/functional support for information systems throughout the organization. Identify system deficiencies and analyze system problems and solutions.
- Perform network problem solving, administrative and routine procedures.
- Troubleshoot minor and major technical issues.
- Keep abreast of new software changes, upgrades, fixes and patches either by vendor contact or through trade publications and install these as part of routine maintenance.
- Assists colleagues with troubleshooting issues and offers guidance.
- Excellent organizational skills.

- Will be part of an afterhours on-call rotation.
