The MES Specialist will be responsible for the design, administration, and optimization of PAS-X systems in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with PAS-X, a deep understanding of GMP processes, and a successful track record in system integration and project delivery.
Candidates should have experience in at least one of the following areas:
- MES Design and Development: Analyze requirements, develop workflows, master batch records, and ensure seamless system integration.
- System Ownership: Act as System Owner, monitor performance, resolve issues, and maintain documentation.
- System Administration: Manage user permissions, oversee updates, and develop backup protocols.
- Project Management: Lead implementations, collaborate with teams, manage vendors, and conduct risk assessments.
- Training and Support: Provide end-user training, support, and promote best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience with PAS-X MES platform.
- Proven MES design and management experience in GMP environments.
- Experience with system integration and configuration.
- Knowledge of GMP, FDA, ISO regulations.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and project management skills.
