Job Description

Minimum 5-7 years in a financial services organization or major consulting organization acting in a formal IT project management capacityAdvanced PM expertise as well as recent Scrum Master experience. Min 1 year as active Scrum Master. Some Scrum coaching expertiseScrum Master certificationCompetent and proficient understanding of general technology environment (platforms, organizational structure and culture, teams involved in the successful completion of technology initiatives, etc.)Excellent relationship management, communication, teamwork, and influence skills; ability to operate at senior levels in both written and verbal communications interacting professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter expertsHighly versed in various development methodologies, including waterfall and agile software development lifecycleSelf-motivated and can work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucialExperience working with BA and Testing teamsProficient with MS Office applications: Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPointJira or some other agile tool (e.g., Version1)Preferred Skills:PMP certificationTechnical background in development (Python, Java, C++, .Net, SQL)Experience working on projects in Data Modelling, SAP BO, Tableau)Experience in accounting practices and terminologySharePoint experience since some projects involve C#/Sharepoint development work.
