Job Description

Position Summary

The Senior Financial Applications Analyst is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and developing applications related to JD Edwards (JDE). This role also provides assistance to the OneStream Administration team as needed and requires collaboration across multiple departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administration of JDE, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Maintain JDE master data, including setup and updates of companies and object accounts.
  • Monitor daily JDE integrity reports, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
  • Manage user requests related to GL periods and master data posting restrictions.
  • Support monthly close activities, including closing AP, Property Management, and GL periods, and ensure account reconciliation with OneStream.
  • Assist in evaluating, developing, and implementing RPA solutions.
  • Create and manage JDE and OneStream service tickets in JIRA, including testing.
  • Provide user support by troubleshooting JDE errors and technical issues.
  • Collaborate with the OneStream team on account reconciliation and consolidations.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's in Accounting, Information Systems, or related preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years as a JD Edwards super-user; experience with JDE EnterpriseOne 9.2 preferred.
    • Experience in Property Accounting or Financial Reporting is a plus.
    • Experience with OneStream XF Reporting is preferred.
    • Strong troubleshooting, analytical skills, and accounting background.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; Visual Basic and macros are a plus.

    Compensation

    • Salary: Exempt, bi-weekly, $80,000-$95,000 annually
    • Annual Bonus: 10%
