Job Description

Position Title : UX Researcher

Location : Urbandale, IA - 50322

Duration : 12+ months contract with possible extension

Onsite only

As a UX Researcher, you will support projects of moderate and high complexity through the execution of user research and experience metrics measurement.

Specifically, you will :

• Collaborate with product teams to identify research questions, assumptions, and risks.
• Develop research plans to understand and measure ease of use, feature awareness, onboarding, adoption, and utilization.
• Execute research with customers, analyze data, and communicate insights and recommendations to product teams.

Requirements

• Reside within driving distance of the job location and be available to travel regionally to conduct research with customers.

What Skills You Need

• Four or more years of experience planning, executing, and analyzing UX research.
• Four or more years of experience working with cross-functional teams, such as engineering, software development, marketing, and business leaders.
• Three or more years of experience in communicating research methodology, experience metrics, data analysis, and research results to a broad range of stakeholders.
• Three or more years of experience with technology and product development processes.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Demonstrate ability to champion end-user experience and influence digital product designs across product areas.
• Demonstrate experience in product discovery, research, and experience metrics measurement to inform experience definition and design concepts.
• Knowledge of agriculture and construction equipment and applications.

Education (or equivalent work experience)

• Ideally, a degree or equivalent work experience in Human Factors, Psychology, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Science, or related field discipline.
