This role is responsible for overseeing the visual identity of the company's print and digital assets, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling across multiple platforms. The Design Director will lead a team of designers, ensuring a cohesive and compelling brand presence while collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative design concepts that align with the brand's vision and business objectives
• Provide leadership and creative direction to the design team, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution across all brand materials
• Support the development of product, packaging, marketing collateral, digital assets, and visual design
• Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to create visually compelling campaigns that drive engagement and sales
• Oversee design concepts for paid media ads/performance marketing campaigns, ensuring assets are optimized for multiple platforms
• Coordinate design assets for web and email campaigns utilizing platforms such as Shopify and Klaviyo
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging design techniques, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of design excellence
• Mentor and develop the creative team, fostering a collaborative and inspiring work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience as an Art Director or Senior Designer in a fast-paced, design-driven environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a sophisticated visual aesthetic and diverse range of design work with experience in the fashion or home space
• Proven experience leading and managing creative teams, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and delegate effectively
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools
• Familiarity with designing for performance marketing, paid media campaigns, web assets, and email campaigns on Shopify and Klaviyo
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey design concepts to stakeholders at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field

Salary: $145K-$165K
