What the role is:
Reporting to the Senior Manager (Integrated Marketing), the Manager (Integrated Marketing) supports the Integrated Marketing (IM) Team in its partnership with key PA (People's Association) Divisions as well as senior management to develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns that promote the organisation, its programmes, and people, in line with PA's brand identity.
He/She supports the Team in the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring integration across various channels such as digital, social media, traditional media, and events, to promote the PA and its assets. This involves working with marketing agencies to determine target market demographics and behaviours, identify market dynamics, patterns, behaviours, and competitors to support overall marketing strategy, and measuring the success of marketing efforts. It also includes collaborating with departments/divisions that work with creative teams to develop compelling campaign assets, messaging, and content that resonate with target audiences and reflect PA's brand essence.
He/she supports the conceptualisation and management of PA's integrated marketing efforts to coordinate WOPA marketing efforts, through, for example, PA's Marcom Grid reporting and submission. He/She also manages the ongoing enhancement and development of PA Digital presence through Website Portals, and PA Intranet.

Knowledge & Skills
Experience: 3 – 5 years of working experience in integrated marketing, or campaign management
