The M&A Analyst identifies, researches, analyzes, makes recommendations, and negotiates potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures to support the organization's growth objectives. They evaluate the impact of these activities on the organization's profitability and conduct due diligence to verify information from potential targets. The role involves varied work assignments that often require interpretation and independent decision-making.

This is a hybrid position requiring on-site presence at Humana's offices in Louisville, KY, or Arlington, VA, with an in-office expectation of approximately 3 days per week.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and passion for excellence
  • Knowledge of general financial and accounting principles
  • Experience in building and evaluating financial models
  • Passion for contributing to an organization dedicated to improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional certification
  • Consulting experience at a top consultancy or accounting firm
  • Six Sigma certification

Pay Range

$78,400 - $107,800 per year, based on location, skills, experience, and education. The position is eligible for a bonus based on performance.

Referral Bonus Information
