Our OpportunityThe iSolved Client Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in the seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients into the iSolved platform and AspenHR PEO services. This position is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in iSolved implementation, payroll compliance & processing, PEO, and project management.

Our OpportunityThe iSolved Client Implementation Consultant plays a critical role in the seamless onboarding and implementation of new clients into the iSolved platform and AspenHR PEO services. This position is ideal for professionals with proven expertise in iSolved implementation, payroll compliance & processing, PEO, and project management.In this role, the consultant will lead implementation calls, coordinate cross-functional activities, and guide clients and their employees through onboarding, system training, and timekeeping and payroll execution. Success in this position requires exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of PEO operations and white-glove client service excellence.What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients through the implementation phase.
  • Schedule and host recurring calls with clients and internal stakeholders; provide meeting agendas and action items timely.
  • Create and maintain the implementation project and timeline in provided tools (Rocketlane and Hubspot); assign tasks to responsible parties and ensure all tasks are completed timely.
  • Record and update notes outlining the client's services and management in Hubspot; maintain company property fields to reflect accurate data for the client.
  • Connect clients with background check, Everify, FMLA, and labor poster services.
  • Configure custom new hire onboarding workflows in iSolved, import employee data to begin the onboarding process, and assist employees as needed.
  • Coordinate or manage the setup of PTO tracking, GL files, client-sponsored 401k plans, and other iSolved modules, such as Share & Perform.
  • Grant client and employee/manager user access; provide system training and ongoing support.
  • Audit employee data, payroll calculations, invoice billing, and deductions on mock payroll.
  • Partner with the tax team to load successor wages and quarterly wages prior to first pay date, as needed.
  • Follow established payroll processing and audit procedures to ensure accurate and compliant payrolls each cycle.

  • You are tech-savvy and able to learn new programs quickly but you already have strong proficiency in Microsoft programs, isolved HRIS and a variety of CRM and project management platforms.
Other Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of of combined experience with iSolved Core implementation, payroll administration, project management, and general HR/benefits/WC knowledge.
  • PEO/ASO experience

NOTE: This position is a remote/work-from-home role. Preference for someone in the Central or Pacific time zones. Candidates not in these time zones must be willing to work these alternative hours.Salary: $75000 - $85000 per year
