We develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, manufacturing, and fulfillment, connecting suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.

Your Role

As a Supply Chain o9 Retail Planning Configuration Consultant, you will contribute to and grow our SC&O Planning business for the o9 Solutions platform. Your responsibilities include:

Driving functional and technical design workshops on Demand Planning

Developing custom design specifications for configuration gaps

Creating functional and solution design for Demand Planning

Defining data mapping needs for demand planning in o9 reference models

Developing proof of value (POV) on solution options to inform key design decisions

Developing testing strategies and scenarios

Performing quality checks on solutions and test results

Travel may be required based on business needs and client requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Retail Planning
• Minimum 3 years of experience with o9 Solutions or related supply chain retail planning solutions, including configuration and fit/gap analysis
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If an associate's degree, minimum 6 years' work experience

Preferred:

• Experience with retail o9 reference models
• Leadership experience with o9 solutions as a product owner, client service lead, or solution consultant
• Expertise in Supply Planning, Demand Forecasting, Capacity Planning, and related areas within o9 or Kinaxis
• Strong functional integration knowledge with major ERP systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills

Compensation

Salary ranges vary by location. For example, in California, it ranges from $63,800 to $196,000 annually. Other locations have different ranges, detailed in the job posting.
