Our client is actively seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join their team. This individual will play a crucial role in overseeing administration practices related to compliance and regulatory policies across all benefit programs. These programs encompass a wide range of offerings, including health and wellness plans, retirement, life insurance, time off, and various other employee benefits. This position will report directly to senior leadership in Total Rewards. The role is based in Northern New Jersey and offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key responsibilities for this role include ensuring that all company benefit plans and practices are in full compliance with relevant rules and regulations. The Senior Benefits Analyst will also be responsible for partnering with vendors to ensure timely reporting and will handle complex, large-scale data analysis.

Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in benefits and compliance, along with a four-year degree in HR Management or a related field. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, are essential. This is a highly strategic and tactical role that requires a proactive and hands-on approach.
