Education- Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical) Required- MBA PreferredExperience & Skills- Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in manufacturing.- 5 7 years in managing capital projects, budgets, and engineering/maintenance timelines.- Experience in FDA/PMO design, GMP, and low acid aseptic manufacturing preferred.- Strong ability to adapt to shifting production schedules.- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, MES, ERP/CRM systems.- Ability to read and create Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.- Experience in process mapping, efficiency optimization, and cost control.Physical Requirements- Prolonged sitting and computer work.- Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally.- Ability to work with equipment containing electromagnetic components.#J-18808-Ljbffr
