Job Title: Data Analyst – Low Code/No Code Solutions

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly capable and motivated Data Analyst to support the Office of Community and Family Health in designing, maintaining, and analyzing data systems and solutions using Microsoft low code/no code platforms. This role involves working closely with multiple OCFH units to ensure high-quality data collection, reporting, and decision-making support. The successful candidate will be skilled in database development, data analytics, and staff training while bringing a public health or administrative perspective to data-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Design and Maintain Data Systems: Develop and manage databases, applications, and dashboards using Microsoft low code/no code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).Quality Assurance and Reporting: Support quality assurance processes and generate analytical reports across OCFH units.Training & Documentation: Train OCFH staff on using databases, applications, and related systems; develop training materials and user guides.Data Organization & Analysis: Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data for presentation to OCFH leadership to support strategic decisions.Cross-Unit Support: Collaborate with diverse teams to identify data needs and implement practical, scalable solutions.Minimum Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health (MPH), Public Administration (MPA), Science (MS), or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and maintaining databases, data systems, or applications using Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel, Access, Power Apps, Power BI).
- Proficiency in at least one statistical analysis tool (SPSS, SAS, Python, or R).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience presenting data in clear, easy-to-understand formats to non-technical audiences.
- Availability to attend meetings and complete tasks during standard business hours.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Familiarity with public health programs and community-based data reporting.
- Experience working in government, nonprofit, or public health environments.
- Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and Microsoft Teams integration.
