Organize timely delivery of products and documents to international customers. Provide efficient, excellent customer service to all business partners, both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Work with traders to receive products from producers.
• Work with traders to schedule timely shipment of products.
• Work with shipping lines to schedule according to customer timelines.
• Compute and analyze inventory and shipments.
• Examine and confirm shipping documents.
• Work with shipping lines to ensure timely release of containers.
• Work with brokers, truckers, and warehouses to ensure all logistical needs are met.
• Keep up to date with international trade rules and regulations.
• Keep inventory up to date and accurate.
• Strive to maintain positive relationships with vendors and customers.
• Assist other team members when needed.

Education/Experience

This is an entry level position and onsite training will be provided.

Fluency in PROFESSIONAL SPANISH & ENGLISH, including speaking, writing, and reading, is required for this role. The ability to read and interpret documents such as health certificates, bills of lading, and other export documents is essential. Additionally, the ability to write routine reports and correspondence is required.

Computer Skills

Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This position is in the office.
