Digital & Equipment Sales Specialist

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Achieve top-line sales for Owned Brands in the Digital and Equipment Categories.
  • Drive sales engagement through Henry Schein Dental, Henry Schein One, Brasseler, and other IC sales channels, including promoting Alternate Business Model Sales and other initiatives.
  • Present to and close key customers.
  • Collaborate with Downstream Sales Channel management to develop sales reps and customer engagement programs (e.g., incentives, promotions).
  • Participate in BDMs, internal sales events, meetings, and trade shows as needed.
  • Serve as product subject matter expert.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Sales Leadership and help establish internal Sales Champions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training, both in-person and virtual; act as liaison for technical support.
  • Partner with HP&SE Operations, Tech Services, and Finance teams to support processes for initiatives in the Digital and Equipment Categories.
  • Travel with internal sales teams to support sales efforts.
  • Utilize CRM, analytics, and reporting platforms to develop and execute targeted strategies.
  • Work with Special Market/Strategic/DSO Selling Teams on proposals, collateral, and launch plans, including support processes like chargebacks and warranties.
  • Collaborate with Henry Schein One to promote digital Imaging, AI, and Workflow solutions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
  • Understanding of digital and reprocessing workflows in dental offices.
  • 5-7 years of combined inside and outside sales experience.
  • Experience with virtual and in-person product demonstrations.

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

6-8+ years of increasing responsibility in professional roles.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; Master's degree or certifications a plus.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Approximately 20% travel; office environment; no special physical demands.

Salary range: $80,000-$85,000, based on various factors. Eligible for bonuses or incentives based on performance.
