About the Role:

I'm partnering with a leading firm in the investment banking sector to recruit an experienced Salesforce Product Owner based in New York. This is a great opportunity to own and shape the roadmap for complex CRM solutions that support high-value client relationships and front-office workflows.

What You'll Do:

• Own the full Salesforce product lifecycle, from strategy to delivery and continuous enhancement.
• Translate business goals into clear features, epics, and user stories.
• Collaborate with front office, compliance, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Prioritize backlogs, manage sprints, and oversee releases in an Agile environment.
• Drive integrations with internal platforms and external data providers.
• Promote best practices for data integrity, user adoption, and process improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, preferably within banking, capital markets, or financial services.
• Hands-on understanding of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or similar modules.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and Agile delivery.
• Effective communicator able to bridge business and technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications (Admin, BA, or PO) are a plus.
