Reporting to the Regional On Premise Manager, you will represent Red Bull as a non-traditional sales representative. Your main priority is to open and develop accounts across all segments of On Premise. You will increase sales and awareness by improving product availability, managing distribution, creating territory sales plans, implementing national programs, and activating brand marketing assets. Enthusiasm for the On Premise environment and a fascination with its driving forces are essential. If you love creating relationships and building your network, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities:

• Red Bull Ambassador: Establish relationships with influencers and partners, spreading enthusiasm for Red Bull. Build your reputation within the local scene based on industry knowledge and trends.
• Market Entrepreneur: Take responsibility for sales and marketing activities in your market. Know your market well, stay updated on trends, and identify new opportunities. Use creative strategies to deliver effective pitches for Red Bull.
• Business Consultant: Nurture long-term relationships with established customers and create new alliances. Make appointments engaging with insightful and strategic discussions. Negotiate partnership agreements and develop innovative marketing plans to maintain Red Bull's leadership in the on-premise channel.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Established contacts within the industry or the ability to develop them quickly.
• Experience in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing, or sales.
• Understanding of sales processes, data analysis, and activation development.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with autonomy.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

This position is open to U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or individuals authorized to work in the U.S. on a valid visa.

The salary range is $69,000 to $103,500 plus incentives, with actual offers varying based on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, PTO, holiday schedule, and more.
