Purpose of Position: Support the operation to deliver superior guest service by performing various duties including stocking, retrieving products, sweeping, mopping, dishwashing, removing trash, and cleaning duties.

• Stock, store, and retrieve products as needed.
• Assist in cleaning and sanitizing tables, equipment, floors, cookware, utensils, and other items.
• Promptly clean spills to prevent safety hazards.
• Monitor trash receptacles to prevent overflow and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist guests by carrying trays to seating areas if needed.
• Follow safe food handling and hygiene practices.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely, reporting malfunctions immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily. Education/experience includes 1-3 months related experience or training. Ability to read, speak, and understand simple instructions. Ability to apply reasonable understanding to carry out instructions. Physical demands include standing (100%), walking (50%), lifting/carrying (0-60 lbs.), reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, stooping, and bending. Work environment involves typical restaurant conditions with accommodations available for disabilities.
