Compensation Range:$126,258.00 - $163,610.00
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual salaries will be set within this range based on various factors.
Responsibilities:GENERAL SUMMARYPlans and directs operations to increase the number of transplantable organs and tissues throughout the region. Works with management to recruit, train, and supervise organ recovery personnel. Ensures compliance with regulations. Acts as a clinical liaison with transplant programs. Initiates and monitors programs to maximize organ yield and tissue recovery. Contributes to strategic planning and policy development.
