Job Description

We are looking for a Strategist who is adept in CRM and Experience marketing with the ability to lead internal and external strategy discussions. This role will manage multiple product lines and go-to-market executions. The ability to identify strategic nuances for each brand/product line and direct creative, tech, and analytics teams will play a central role in client success.

Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic & program recommendation conversations with the client and provide oversight on day-to-day strategic and creative needs.
  • Work closely with Data Analytics teams to identify new program optimization and testing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with manager in the development of additional growth opportunities.
  • Develop program creative briefs and provide strategic oversight on creative development and defend strategy or work, as needed.
  • Identify additional cross-channel messaging opportunities.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience at an agency or within an advertising or marketing environment.
  • CRM or digital marketing strategy experience.
  • Telecom and/or tech brand experience, especially is a plus.
  • A self-starter who is competent in independent settings and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent research, written, and oral communication skills.
