Reporting to the Growth Director, you'll help us expand our client portfolio, open new doors, and land the kind of work that transforms businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively hunt and secure new business opportunities, focusing on brands that need CRM, digital transformation, and customer experience solutions.
  • Identify whitespace and target accounts, leveraging industry insights and personal networks to create your own leads.
  • Collaborate with internal experts to craftwinning proposals and pitch strategiestailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Take ownership of the entire business development cycle, from first contact to signed deal.
  • Keep a sharp pulse on industry shifts and competitor movements to stay two steps ahead.
  • Support brand-building initiatives like marketing campaigns, thought leadership, and networking events.

A bit about you

  • At least 5 years of experience inbusiness development or strategic sales, ideally in SaaS/digital/CRM/media/tech consulting.
  • Anatural hunter, self-motivated, persistent, and confident in cold outreach and high-level conversations.
  • Proven success inclosing dealsand building long-term partnerships with decision-makers.
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills. able to sell solutions, not just services.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
  • Curious, driven, and ambitious, you see targets as the floor, not the ceiling.
