Job Summary

As the Director of Dining Services, you will play a pivotal role in supporting The Lexington School. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the delivery of premier foodservice. Your expertise will help build a detailed dining experience for our clients and guests!

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests, and clients, as well as other departments
• Collaborate with the Chef and management team to build menus and provide top-quality food
• Coordinate all P&L and budgeting related to the account
• Efficiently implement new culinary programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS or equivalent experience in Hospitality or Culinary preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• High volume production and catering experience is critical
• Confirmed experience leading a budget
• High-reaching and eager to learn and grow with an outstanding foodservice company
