Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Business Administration, Social Services, or related field; Master's degree or equivalent experience and relevant certifications/licenses preferred.
- Strong people skills with proven success in community relationships.
- Experience in advocacy, public relations, organizational management, finance oversight, strategic planning, and fundraising.
- Excellent communication, team-building, and innovative business planning skills.
The Executive Director will support the Board in planning, coordinating, and evaluating all agency operations.
Job Summary:
The Executive Director manages and supervises the agency's overall administration, providing leadership in relation to the Board and the public.
Key Duties:
- Develop policies and procedures manual.
- Create an effective administrative structure and staffing plan.
- Implement wage and salary systems.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Oversee community action services and program goals.
- Supervise key staff including Finance Director, HR Manager, and others.
- Manage budgets and monitor contracts for compliance.
- Attend relevant training and evaluate service effectiveness.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Board.
Supervisory Relationship: The Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors.
