Responsibilities
- Assist in leading the Front End operation, training and coaching Partners to deliver superior Customer Service.
- Serve as backup to the Service Manager, oversee Partners, and assist in scheduling and financial transactions.
- Manage customer flow, inventory, and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
Leadership & Training
- Provide direction and training, monitor performance, and address Partner concerns.
Customer Service & Compliance
- Address customer questions, ensure satisfaction, and uphold store standards and safety policies.
Qualifications
- Typically 1+ years of retail/customer service experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of Lead Development training preferred.
Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve conflicts, coach, and build relationships.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks.
