Position: Revenue Cycle Business Partner for Senior Living
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
Type: Full-time, 1.0 FTE
Location: Hybrid, with regular travel to Senior Living Communities
Wage: $80,000 annually
Responsibilities:
- Train Office Managers in administrative and billing functions using applicable software.
- Train Office Managers on billing for specific payers.
- Assist in follow-up training on payables with the Resource Center team.
- Analyze and prepare monthly Accounts Receivable reports in collaboration with the Executive Director.
- Monitor and audit admission files, trust accounts, segregation of duties, and compliance with policies and regulations.
- Support office managers in resolving resident account issues and research as needed.
- Participate in special projects such as year-end audits.
- Develop and train on policies, procedures, and audit tools.
- Contribute to achieving monthly A/R goals and attend related meetings.
- Complete reports by deadlines and communicate with leadership to address concerns.
- Assist in establishing departmental goals and action plans.
- Maintain current knowledge of business practices through ongoing training.
- Adapt to changes, prioritize tasks, and organize work efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance or accounting, or at least 2 years of healthcare industry experience in business office, accounting, or administration.
- Ability to relate professionally and positively with residents, families, and staff.
- Proficient computer skills, including email and software applications.
