We're seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineering Lead to join our team and oversee the Filters business line engineering team. This is a direct hire opportunity with competitive pay and excellent growth potential.Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of manufacturing engineers focused on quality, yield, and process improvement initiatives.
• Drive new product and new process introductions from concept through implementation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve production challenges and support business objectives.
• Utilize root cause analysis and data-driven methods to resolve production issues and implement sustainable solutions.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support engineering activities and build strong relationships.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Math, or Science.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering environment.
• Proven expertise using root cause analysis tools (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, etc.).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel as needed to customer sites.
• On-site position — must be available to work at the West Henrietta location.
