Position: Fire & Emergency Services (F&ES) Lead

Overview

Applied Training Solutions, LLC (ATS) is assembling a team contingent upon contract award. The F&ES Lead will oversee the performance of the contracted scope of work related to fire and emergency services. ATS will provide personnel with subject matter expertise to conduct Higher Headquarters Assessments (HHA) concerning IMCOM's missions and assets. The assessment will cover all components of the installation's Protection programs, including Mission Assurance, Risk Management, Antiterrorism, Physical Security, Emergency Management, CBRNE, COOP, Communications and Network Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and OPSEC, using DoD Benchmarks and other applicable requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience as an installation or equivalent F&ES and Protection Assessment, preferably with ICW P2MR2
• Over 10 years of DoD fire & emergency services experience
• Over 10 years of installation protection program compliance inspection/assessment experience
• Secret clearance

Education, Training, and Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Firefighter II or equivalent certification
• Fire Officer IV or equivalent certification
• Fire Inspector II or equivalent certification
• Fire Instructor II or equivalent certification
• Telecommunications II or equivalent certification
• HAZMAT certified or similar
• NIMS/ICS trained or similar

Travel

• Approximately 25%
