Aptiv IT Graduate Program

Aptiv's IT Graduate Program is a rotational program designed to develop future IT leaders within our organization. Participants will rotate through three 12-month assignments across different IT areas, gaining broad experience in:

• Business Relationship Management
• IT Project Delivery
• IT Operations

Led by an IT Executive Team committed to developing our next generation of leaders, this program offers an accelerated career growth opportunity. Upon successful completion, participants may continue their journey with increased responsibilities.

Your Background

• Degree qualified or final-year student in Business Information Systems or Enterprise Computing
• Practical IT experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
• Leadership experience, such as campus or organizational leadership, is preferred
