Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Preschool, cutting-edge indoor gyms, day camps, birthday parties, and special events are just a few of our well-known offerings.Position OverviewThe Head of School provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for the institution, ensuring academic excellence and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment. This role involves overseeing all aspects of school operation, including educational programs, staff development, and community engagement.Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and vision for the school
• Ensure high standards of academic achievement and progress
• Manage and support faculty and staff in their professional development
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Engage with parents, students, and the community to promote the school's mission
• Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for effective school management
• Ensure compliance with local and state educational regulations and standards

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Head of School or in a senior leadership role in education
• Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
• Bachelors degree in Education or related field is preferred
• New York State Teaching Certificate preferred
• Experience in private school or charter school environments is a plus
• Salary is 85,000-100,000 annually plus Commission/Bonus
