Job Description

Position Summary:

Our Company is seeking an ERP Administrator witha strong background in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains/GP. A broad understandingof finance and accounting with a business analyst background a plus. Theprimary focus of this position will be to manage all aspects of our Dynamics GPSystem. The ERP Administrator will be responsible for implementing, maintainingand supporting Dynamics GP and to streamline the Company's business processesin accounting, payables, receivables, finance and management reporting.

This would be the perfect opportunity for aseasoned ERP Systems Analyst looking to transition into a growing healthcarecompany. Initially, a large part of this role will be writing complex reports,standardizing systems workflow processes, implementing budgeting and planningapplications, and expanding GP through standardization across multiple entities.The company will further explore activitybased cost accounting in the healthcare sector longer term.

Your Role with the Company:

• Oversite over all aspects of the ERP including sourcesystem interfaces, process flow and configuration
• Work closely with ERP end-users, administrators,consultants and vendors
• Assist in Dynamics GP system configuration to supportnew and existing requirements
• Provide quality checks on reports and exports to ensureexceptional quality
• Managing system related helpdesk requests through resolution
• Deploy, maintain and generate reports from data sourceswithin Dynamics GP and other sources
• Work closely with all levels of end users to gatherrequirements and design specifications for new reports which will be usedfor quality and outcomes reporting as well as strategic business decisions
• Support and improve the existing data warehouse,exports and reports
• Work closely with Business Intelligence and Developmentteams to develop required relational data management, stored proceduresand reporting as needed to support the ERP
• Create automation scripts to expedite tasks betweenenvironments
• Develop testing plans for new or modified applicationsand participate in the testing process to ensure that the businessrequirements are met
• Provide timely technical support and appropriateavailability to end users

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 5+ years ofrelevant professional experience
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and processes
• Microsoft GP experience along with GP partners
• A background in finance, accounting, and businessanalysis
• Experience writing queries in MS SQL or Oracledatabases
• A strong understanding of business reporting andanalytics
• Experience working with/in a healthcare environmentpreferred

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains /GP
• Finance, Healthcare billing and receivable management,payable, budgeting and planning, purchasing, and Inventory Modulesknowledge a plus
• Experience with MS SQL, SSRS, and SSIS
• Experience with installation and deployment of software
• Help desk experience a plus, more specifically for anERP system
• Active Directory knowledge a plus
