Purpose of Position
The Pilot provides a superior, safe, and reliable air transportation experience, representing NetJets with professionalism and exceptional service on every flight.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during taxi, take-off, and landing, following FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, and NetJets SOPs. Greet Owners/passengers, brief them on the flight, verify itineraries, and provide weather and safety information.Deliver in-flight service as needed, including handling alcohol and catering.Load and stow baggage properly.Handle flights for Owners with pets or smoking preferences.Act as the final authority on aircraft operation, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Serve as liaison from arrival at the FBO to landing at the final destination and departure.Report maintenance issues to the MCC and complete related paperwork.Perform other duties as assigned, depending on the specific role.For a full list of essential functions, refer to the official worksheet for this position.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Certifications and Licenses
FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) or First Class Medical Certificate required.
Experience

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs)
- FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or meet ATP requirements with multi-engine rating.
- Minimum age 21, with at least 1,500 hours total flight time or equivalent qualifications.
- Specific flight hour requirements detailed above.
- Current FAA First-Class Medical, FCC Restricted Radio Permit, valid passport, and ability to travel internationally.
- Flexible work hours, ability to manage rest, and ability to work extended periods away from home.
- Security clearance, valid driver's license, and proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication skills and appearance, ability to make quick decisions, and physical ability to handle objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work around animals and for owners who smoke.
Salary Range
$69,932 - $95,696
