How will you make a difference as a Business Immigration Analyst (Writer)?
  • Learn about various immigration matters, firm case types, and client processes.
  • Perform case intake upon assignment.
  • Draft government forms, write persuasive letters, maintain files, review documents, identify issues, and communicate with clients.
  • Analyze and summarize candidate works.
  • Create case strategies and collaborate closely with legal team members to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage multiple writing projects independently.
  • Maintain client contact information and provide status updates.
  • File documents properly and update case management systems.
  • Learn procedural and processing requirements for different visa petitions and applications.
  • Build knowledge of firm and client processes.
  • Leverage your skills and experience to make an impact:

    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree, or Paralegal Certification, preferably in a writing-focused major.
    • Excellent writing and research skills with high attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
    • Client service mindset, attention to detail, and productivity focus.
    • Collaborative spirit and teamwork orientation.

    Compensation:

    The salary range considers factors such as skills, experience, location, and certifications. Typically, hires are not at the top of the range initially. The estimated salary for hybrid schedule roles in the local office is:

    $52,000 - $60,000

    Additional benefits, 401K, and paid time off are also available.

    All offers are contingent upon successful pre-employment screening, including identity verification, legal work authorization, and background checks where permitted by law.
