The Role:
TIME is seeking a Senior Audience Editor with a strong editorial sensibility and a passion for connecting high-quality journalism with audiences across digital platforms, with an emphasis on social media. This role will collaborate closely with editors and reporters across the newsroom to shape how TIME's journalism is presented and shared in real time, helping tell the news off-platform. It will also work closely with our Revenue team on production of branded social content.
The ideal candidate brings a newsroom mindset, is deeply familiar with social media platforms and trends, and thrives at the intersection of editorial storytelling and audience strategy. This editor will manage two junior audience team members and play a key role in mentoring and supporting their growth.

Location:
This is a hybrid role. Eligible candidates for the role must be within a commutable distance of TIME's New York City office upon hire and may be expected to be physically present as needed (typically 3 days/week).
