The Indoor Golf Shop is growing! To support this rapid growth, we seek talented individuals responsible for installing our golf simulator solutions. Our systems are sold to private golf enthusiasts, clubs, and facilities. Your main focus will be performing end-to-end on-site installations to deliver the customer's dream golf simulator, while maintaining a professional appearance in a high-end environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Installation Project Manager to understand project requirements.Perform high-quality installations of golf simulator systems, including sensors, screens, turf, protection, mounting, etc.Build positive relationships with customers and team members.Support clients according to company policies.Develop best practices and innovative installation techniques.Lead by example, emphasizing safety, cost control, asset management, and professionalism.Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of construction or handyman experience.
- Ability to read contractor plans.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with power tools, AV, PC products, and carpeting.
- Basic golf knowledge or interest.
- Ability to read instructions, write reports, and complete forms.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel domestically (up to 39 weeks/year).
- Valid driver's license with a clean record.
- High School diploma or GED required.
