Base pay range

$66,456.00/yr - $99,690.00/yr

EMR, a leader in commercial kitchen repair, has an opening for an IT Specialist I at our Rosedale, MD corporate location. The successful candidate will provide support for clerical and in the field users, software, as well as mobile devices, aiming for the highest functionality through best practices, innovation, creativity, and staying on the cutting edge of technology. They will also be responsible for helping with the training of users in multiple operational functions. This position will involve on the job training for systems in use at EMR, working closely with the current IT staff and software vendors. Our goal is to help support and maintain efficient systems and optimize technologies for business sustainability now and into the future. This position may involve traveling to various EMR offices or events. • Implementation and configuration of company software.
• System maintenance and troubleshooting.
• User support, training, and documentation.
• Process optimization.
• Data Management and Reporting.
• Vendor Management.
• Security and Compliance of company software system(s).

Qualifications

• Working toward or has obtained a bachelor's degree focused in IT preferred, but not required.
• 2+ years of IT support background, preferably based around field service
• At least one IT certification in the last 2 years
• Advanced PC literacy, including Microsoft Office products
• Knowledge of mobile device operating systems
• Basic knowledge of MS SQL and/or other query languages
• Experience with Davisware or other ERP software solutions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
