What You'll Do

• Support Walmart transportation offices in fleet safety operations.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and other relevant safety standards.
• Provide driver training and coaching to enhance performance and safety.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures.
• Leverage data to identify root causes of safety issues and apply solutions.
• Utilize data visualization tools to create informative safety dashboards for stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• In-depth knowledge of DOT regulations.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for associates, covering programs from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and certificates. Eligibility varies by job and employment length. Benefits are subject to change.

Annual salary range: $65,500 - $98,000, with potential bonuses and additional compensation based on location and role.

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in occupational safety management, environmental science, traffic safety, transit safety, or related field, plus 2 years' safety experience within supply chain, retail, or related areas.

Option 2: 4 years' experience in traffic safety within supply chain, retail, or related areas, plus 2 years' experience in continuous improvement methodologies such as TPM.

Preferred Qualifications

Certifications such as Associate Safety Professional, Certified Safety Professional, or other safety-related certifications, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
