As we expand our global RLT manufacturing footprint, we seek passionate, purpose-driven individuals to join our mission of delivering life-changing therapies worldwide.As the Site MS&T Head, you will lead the MS&T organization, oversee manufacturing processes scientifically, and ensure product stewardship across process units at the Indianapolis Site.This role reports directly to the Indianapolis Site Head and is part of the Site Leadership Team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure robust product stewardship for all products manufactured at the site, including end-to-end technical oversight of manufacturing processes throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Support manufacturing excellence by setting standards, developing technical capabilities, and addressing process issues.
  • Ensure departments execute validation activities, including the Validation Master Plan, annual revalidation, and cleaning procedures.
  • Promote the adoption of new technologies.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other functions on technical research and development.
  • Foster a culture of quality and compliance within the MSAT team.

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with demonstrated quality and compliance leadership.
  • Fundamental knowledge of pharmaceutical analytical testing.
  • Strong understanding of applied statistics, quality systems, and regulatory requirements across health authorities.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience with aseptic manufacturing and radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.

Additional Information

The salary range at start is estimated between $132,300 and $245,700 annually. Salary may vary based on location, experience, skills, and market conditions. Compensation may include bonuses, stock units, and other benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid leave. Details will be provided upon offer. The position is at-will, with the company reserving rights to modify compensation.
