Who we are looking for:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned leader to serve as the Head of Corporate Services and Real Estate. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for shaping the global workplace experience and real estate strategy that supports First Eagle's continued growth, operational excellence, and organizational identity. This hire will lead all aspects of corporate services and facilities operations across our international office portfolio, including locations in North America, Europe, and the Middle East. A central focus of this role is delivering an environment that supports the productivity, comfort, and engagement of our employees while reflecting the firm's commitment to excellence.

At First Eagle, we believe our people do their best work when they are supported by spaces and services that anticipate their needs, foster connection, and inspire performance. The Head of Corporate Services and Real Estate will play a vital role in bringing this vision to life. From space planning and workplace design to hospitality, reception, and facilities operations, this leader will ensure that every detail of the physical work environment contributes to an experience that is consistent, elevated, and aligned with our values.

This role requires a thoughtful blend of strategic leadership and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a transformative leader who can shape long-range workplace strategies and also guide the execution of complex, high-impact projects across a global footprint. This is a senior leadership opportunity for an operator who is forward thinking and passionate about creating environments where people can thrive and perform at their highest level.

In collaboration with IT, the role will help deliver a technology-enabled environment that supports how people work today and prepares us for the future. Working with HR, the role will support workforce planning and spatial strategies that promote the right team adjacencies, enhance productivity, and empower employees to do their life's best work. This leader will also oversee firmwide business continuity planning and play a central role in disaster recovery readiness. Working in close coordination with senior leadership, IT, HR, and other critical stakeholders, the role will ensure the firm can respond effectively and maintain operations during unplanned disruptions. The Head of Corporate Services and Real Estate will be responsible for maintaining the First Eagle standard across every location and delivering an exceptional experience for employees, clients, and guests alike.

What you will do:

Global Corporate Services Leadership

  • Standardize office design, furnishings, and support services to reflect a consistent brand and experience across all global locations.

  • Collaborate with Technology, HR, and leadership to integrate infrastructure and tools that support modern, agile ways of working.
