Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Partner to manage strategic customer relationships and drive revenue growth through the delivery of IT services and solutions. The Client Partner will act as a trusted advisor, fostering long-term partnerships with clients while aligning our services with their business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining strong and trusted relationships.
  • Understand client business strategies, IT landscapes, and challenges to propose tailored solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal delivery and technical teams to ensure service excellence.
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and support proposal development.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our service offerings and market trends.
  • Develop account plans, forecasts, and periodic performance reports.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular check-ins and strategic reviews.
  • Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and compliance in coordination with legal and finance teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in IT services or consulting.
  • Proven track record of account growth and client relationship management.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (e.g., cloud, software development, DevOps, cybersecurity).
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise clients in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
