Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.Provides fast, friendly service; recommends items; processes transactions; maintains store cleanliness and organization.Implements asset protection procedures and ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.Constructs and maintains displays; assists with stock rotation and product placement.Provides photo services and web pick-up responsibilities.Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies.Completes training and personal development activities.Qualifications
- Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: at least six months retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.

- Salary: $16.5 - $18 per hour.
