Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle & ski helmets, is looking for an experienced Management Information Systems (MIS) Specialist to join its IT team. Full-time on-site position in the company's offices at Raa'nana, reporting to the IT Director.
Job Description:
We seek an MIS Specialist to drive data integration projects and design efficient data interfaces for our core MIS platforms, including ERP and CRM systems.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless data flow between systems, optimizing business processes, and enhancing the organization's data architecture.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver robust solutions for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Interface Design: Develop, implement, and manage data interfaces between core MIS platforms, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
- Data Integration Projects: Plan and execute data migration and integration projects to support business operations and scalability.
- System Optimization: Continuously enhance ERP and CRM platforms to improve data handling, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Business Process Alignment: Work with stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and deliver effective technical solutions.
- Project Management: Manage MIS-related projects, including scope definition, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across platforms.
- Technical Support: Provide advanced support for ERP, CRM, and data integration systems, troubleshooting issues to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in ERP modules' implementation and designing data interfaces for business systems.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and database management; familiarity with APIs and middleware tools for data integration.
- Analytical Expertise: Exceptional problem-solving skills focusing on data architecture and process optimization.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to effectively work with technical and non-technical teams.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex technical projects using tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar.
- Innovative Approach: A proactive mindset to identify and implement scalable data integration solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms is a strong advantage.
- Experience with data visualization tools and reporting systems (Power BI & Tableau)
- Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Demonstrated experience & knowledge with Priority ERP or other enterprise ERP, including integrations.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python) for data manipulation.
