The Opportunity

We're expanding our elite trading team of competitive individuals who thrive in crypto markets. As a Junior Trader, you'll learn from seasoned professionals—delving into the fundamentals of crypto trading, understanding crypto markets, analyzing market data, and executing trades in a fast-paced environment.

We welcome applicants from any educational background who are fast learners, deeply curious about crypto markets, and possess a strong competitive drive.

This role is based in our office in George Town, Cayman Islands. We are happy to support relocation and are ideally looking for individuals to begin with us no later than October 1, 2025.

In this role, you'll get to

• Master the core principles of trading—from strategy development to seamless execution.
• Strengthen your expertise in crypto markets through proactive monitoring and in-depth analysis.
• Investigate and evaluate emerging opportunities to identify new market insights.
• Refine your skills in interpreting crypto market data for strategic decision-making.

• You are excited to be a part of the action, in person in our stunning Cayman-based office

Our interview process will include a game-based aptitude assessment, followed by an AI-guided video interview, prior to interviewing with our people team and the hiring team.
