- Salary Range: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, DOE
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead the architectural drafting team on projects.
- Assist the Project Manager with project administration from schematic design through construction documents.
- Produce construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit.
- Proofread own and others' work.
- Generate architectural plans and artwork.
- Communicate with clients regarding construction questions.
- Delegate work to team members.
- Research and evaluate data for products.
- Make adjustments to designs as necessary.
- Assist Project Manager in project management.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in drafting and design.
- Minimum three years of experience in design development and contract documents, with proven design abilities.
- Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Ability to handle a broad range of functions.
